Our Golfing Holidays are based around the beautiful Hochkönig Mountain Range one hour from Salzburg. This is one of Austria’s most beautiful regions and enjoys fantastic settled weather.

There is easy access from the UK from a number of airports, also cheap flights from Ryan Air, Fly BE make a visit to us very cost effective. You can also fly into Munich or Innsbruck both are about two hours drive from our accommodation, but Salzburg is the closest.

Haus Salzburg is conveniently situated in Hinterthal a beautiful village near Maria Alm.

From Salzburg airport (~1 Hour):

Take the 1 out of Salzburg towards Bad Richenhall and then the 178 to Lofer, then the 311 to Saalfelden. Once in Saalfelden take the left turn on the 164 to Maria Alm. Pass by the left turning into the main Maria Alm town and continue (8km) until you see the sign for Hinterthal. Turn left into the village and 200m on the left is Haus Salzburg

From Innsbruck Air Port (~1.5 Hours):

Take the A12 from Innsbruck towards Schwaz, at Wörgl take the 178 towards St Johann, then the 164 to Saalfelden. Once in Saalfelden continue on the 164 to Maria Alm. Pass by the left turning into the main Maria Alm town and continue (8km) until you see the sign for Hinterthal. Turn left into the village and 200m on the left is Haus Salzburg

From Munich airport (~2.5 Hours):

Take the 92 towards Munich, then the A9 to the A99. follow the A99 south until you reach the A8. follow the A8 towards Traunstein, at Junction 112 take the 306 towards Hammer. This turns into the 305, follow this road until you reach the 178. Turn right onto the 178 and follow towards Lofer. Then take the 311 to Saalfelden. Once in Saalfelden take the left turn on the 164 to Maria Alm. Pass by the left turning into the main Maria Alm town and continue (8km) until you see the sign for Hinterthal. Turn left into the village and 200m on the left is Haus Salzburg.
